FORMULATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL SECRETOME AS ANTIAGING CREAM
نویسندگان
چکیده
Objective: Skin aging occurs not only due to age but is influenced by various environmental factors such as lifestyle, pollution, and excessive exposure UV rays. Secretomes can act antiaging agents that stimulate collagen biosynthesis naturally in the skin. This study aims create a cream containing 5% secretome with essential oil, dermatological examination, Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) checking.
Methods: Antiaging efficacy testing involves examination an expert dermatologist for assessment before after using cream. The impact test criteria include moisture, elasticity, values. Consequently, shows activity.
Results: revealed increased moisture from 24.375±11.97 25.125±7.1; skin elasticity also 40.375±8.39 48.5±9.09 value 48.25±13.54 56.5±8.63. result contains 61.143 pg/ml concentration of FGF ELISA kit.
Conclusion: formula preparations oil meets requirements cosmetics through several evaluations trial. It has effect, proven tests.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), often referred to as stromal cells have been the focus in regenerative medicine for their immune suppressive ability, their ability to hone in on the site of injury, their ability to differentiate into multiple cell lines, and ease of cell culture expansion. MSCs have the ability to differentiate into a range of specialized cells of mesodermal origin bone, cartila...

Introduction: Recognition of human leukocyte antigens (HLA) is of importance for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Any HLA-mismatches between the donor and recipient can cause graft rejection or other complications. In HLA-typing experiments, usage of HLA-known reference cells accompany with HLA-unknown samples is obligatory. Some international centers represent these cells with high e...

The beneficial paracrine roles of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in tissue repair have potential in therapeutic strategies against various diseases. However, the key therapeutic factors secreted from MSCs and their exact molecular mechanisms of action remain unclear. In this study, the cell-free secretome of umbilical cord-derived MSCs showed significant anti-fibrotic activity in the mouse model...

Background: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) have emerged as a potential therapy for various inflammatory diseases. Because of some limitations, several recent studies have suggested the use of embryonic stem cell-derived MSCs (ESC-MSCs) as an alternative for BM-MSCs. Some of the therapeutic effects of the ESC-MSCs are related to the secretion of a broad array of cytokines and growt...
